This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced operator who enjoys taking the lead with site operations, supporting team capability and ensuring safe, efficient grain handling for our Growers. You''ll be a key point of contact on-site, helping maintain operational readiness throughout the year.Roster: Monday to Friday, with additional weekend hours available.ResponsibilitiesProvide daily guidance, oversight and support to RPOs and seasonal employeesAssist with training and mentoring new team membersSupport the Area Manager and Specialist Operations, acting as an escalation point for operational issues and decision-making on siteBuild strong relationships with local growers and act as a trusted on-site contactOperate and maintain equipment in a safe and hygienic mannerSafely receive, store, and out-load grainAbout YouExperience in grain handling, agriculture, logistics, or a related operational environmentDemonstrated ability to mentor and support team membersStrong awareness of safety practices, operational risk and compliance standardsHold an unrestricted and valid driver''s licence with a reliable vehicleBe able to work at heights, in confined spaces and in areas with a high grain dust concentrationWillingness to live in or relocate to Mingenew, or to utilise provided on-site accommodationWhy work with CBH?A good bunch of people: We are powered by a good bunch of people who genuinely make CBH a good place to work.
