This position is crucial for driving member engagement and fund performance by delivering actionable insights from diverse data sources, automating reporting within tools like Power BI and SQL and optimising the digital experience across platforms. By proactively monitoring digital performance and identifying issues early, the role ensures continuous improvement in member outcomes and regulatory compliance.Key AccountabilitiesDeliver actionable digital insights by analysing member and employer interactions across websites, portals and apps to improve engagement and complianceDesign and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models, integrating multiple sources to support strategic decision-makingAutomate reporting processes using tools like Power Automate, DAX and SQL to enhance data reliability and reduce manual effortMonitor digital performance to identify issues early and drive continuous improvement in member digital experiencesCollaborate with stakeholders across Member Services, Risk, Brand and Marketing to translate business needs into tailored analytical solutionsWhat will you bring?Experience in a similar Digital Insights & Reporting Analyst role using digital analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) with a deep expertise in managing and analysing complex datasetsAdvanced skills in Power BI, SQL, DAX and data modelling with a strong ability to build enterprise-grade dashboards and reporting solutionsExperience with data warehouses, CRM systems and ETL processesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiencesTertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or related fieldBelong at CbusWe value difference, and embrace people with diverse backgrounds, experiences, gender identities, abilities and thinking styles.
