Inland, national parks and walking trails provide space to unwind after work.The OpportunityWorking closely with the Clinical Director, you will:Provide senior clinical and professional leadership within the ICUContribute to service growth, innovation, and sustainabilityDrive quality outcomes through evidence-based decision-makingMentor and engage medical staff within a multidisciplinary teamThe ICU manages approximately 450650 presentations per year, including 60100 paediatric admissions, offering a broad and rewarding clinical case mix.About YouMBBS or equivalent, eligible for registration with the Medical Board of AustraliaSpecialist registration (or eligibility) in Intensive Care Medicine with AHPRAFellowship of the College of Intensive Care Medicine of Australia and New Zealand (FCICM)Demonstrated leadership capability in a complex clinical environmentRemuneration & BenefitsTotal remuneration of up to $559,860 p.a., including:Base salary up to $274,678 p.a.
