OverviewJob DescriptionLocation: 37 Homestead Drive Stapylton QLDJob PurposeReporting directly to the Head of Business Development and based in Queensland, Australia, the Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in accelerating CDE Solutions'' growth across the region. This is a highimpact, forwardfacing role focused on unlocking new market potential through deep customer engagement, driving strategic sales expansion, and converting both known and emerging opportunities into meaningful commercial success.This role is open to being located in either Sydney, Gold Coast or BrisbaneResponsibilitiesAchieve revenue targets and business objectives within the regionBuild customer relationships, rapport and trust to effectively manage the full sales cycle, including the negotiations on major projectsCoordinate and follow-up on existing leads and generate new leads in an effective and structured mannerEffectively manage long consultative selling cycles for capital equipment as well as fulfilling shorter-term customer requirementsIdentification, profiling, analysis, and implementation of new business opportunities in the Australian marketContribute to the ongoing planning and development of the Company''s sales and marketing and business development strategiesInterpret customer requirements and create solutions using the technical and commercial resources available within the companyContribute to new product/service development, promotion/distribution, customer care and the Company''s approach to quality through the presentation of customer feedback and market researchActively update and maintain records pertaining to existing and potential customers through the use of the company''s Customer Relationship Management systemDemonstrate the technical ability of CDE products to potential customersProvide regular information to assist management with decision making, including competitor profiles and market analysisAssist as required with Marketing activities within the Australasia region and globallyParticipate in monthly reporting to line management on Activities and outcomes of work down and also sharing planning for the month aheadMake recommendations to management on business development activity and on how the Company can improve the marketability of its productsProduction and delivery of customer quotations, presentations, and other required support documentation to aid in the sales processAssist with after sales queries, investigate customer complaints, and ensure that they are dealt with to the customers'' satisfactionAdherence to the Company Health & Safety PolicyAny other duties within reason and capability associated with this roleThis role is for an ambitious person who aspires to develop their Career within a progressive company.Skills & QualificationsAbout The CompanyWE ARE CDE.
