This frontline, community-based role delivers outreach, group programs, and place-based activities that strengthen mental health, wellbeing, and positive social connection for young people across the New England North West region.What You''ll Be DoingIn this role, you will:Design and deliver outreach activities, youth events, and group programs that promote resilience, wellbeing, and positive identity.Lead the development and delivery of evidence-based mental health community education and awareness initiatives.Conduct risk assessments for all community programs and ensure compliance with organisational policies.Build strong local relationships with young people, families, Elders, and community organisations to ensure culturally safe, responsive service delivery.Represent Centacare NENW at community events, meetings, and interagency forums.Support youth program staff to maintain participant engagement and improve education and employment outcomes.Contribute to a collaborative, valuesdriven team environment.The Good Stuff You''ll LoveAt Centacare NENW, we''re committed to organisational growth and team wellbeing.
