You will provide support to the Kitchen Manager and lead by example in terms of store maintenance, policy and OH&S compliance, and will play a significant role in controlling stock levels. All together, your hard work in this role will help to maximise profitability and ensure the restaurant is exceeding customer expectations.QualificationsFor this role, we are seeking someone who is accountable, calm under pressure and passionate about driving the business forward. An understanding of the hospitality industry and previous experience in a fastpaced kitchen environment would be extremely useful.
