This position involves leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Executive Chef and ensuring that all culinary activities align with the vision of the lodge. Key responsibilities include the meticulous preparation and execution of the menu for guests at Monarto Safari Resort.The Sous Chef is committed to maintaining the highest standards of food production, compliance, and hygiene. This role requires a strong focus on quality control to guarantee exceptional dining experiences.
