At the Senior Case Manager level, you demonstrate increased expertise, sound judgement, and the capacity to work with greater independence on complex matters.You have strong knowledge of child development, risk assessment, and statutory frameworks, with the ability to interpret legislation, policy, and practice guidance. You can manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and prepare clear written and verbal reports informed by evidence and analysis.You are resilient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive practice.
