About The RoleIn this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children''s Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:Run an effective operation and coordination of workflow associated with the ordering, receipt, handling, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, delivery and stocktaking of food and non-food items.Purchasing and inventory management of a designated range of food and non-food products utilising CBORD and S4HANA including processing of invoices.Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supplies are available. Coordinate the conduct of progressive and annual stocktakes.Maintain a safe working environment and work practices within work areas.Provide ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goalsReview, recommend and implement improvements in processes and workloads.
