CNAs are responsible for the delivery of Resident care (e.g. bathing, personal grooming, feeding) as well as assisting Residents with other Activities of Daily Living (e.g. transferring, dressing, toileting). The CNA strives to provide the highest degree of quality Resident care in accordance with State & Federal regulations, Facility policies & procedures, and Resident wishes/directives. This position helps to assure that the total needs of the Residents are met.QualificationsGraduate of an approved program for Certified Nursing Assistants and maintain certification in good standing in the state where work will be performedCurrent CPR certification or ability to obtain CPR certification within 90 days of date of hire;Satisfactory OIG exclusions and background check;Satisfactory personal & professional references.Pre-Employment RequirementsSatisfactory OIG exclusions and background checkSuccessfully complete a drug screeningMust have received, or be willing to receive, the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire.
