Job Description

Our team is growing to support the growth and maturity of our business. To meet the needs of our business we have several roles for experienced Senior Applications Specialists / Senior Application Support Specialist to deliver professional support, analysis, and optimisation across our enterprise applications.OverviewSenior Applications Specialist Based at our Kenmore Head Office. 12 month fixed-term contract.Work in an inclusive, down to earth & welcoming culture.Free parking, onsite cafe, salary packaging up to $18,549 tax-free.Initial 12 month fixed-term contract based at Kenmore.You will play a key role within our IT team, ensuring system performance, BAU changes and updates, driving continuous improvement, and supporting technology outcomes that support our business goals.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve complex application issues using ITIL-aligned processes.Lead release management, including test planning, system testing, and UAT coordination.Work on continuity and capacity planning for our applications and systems.Define and maintain role-based security controls across applications.Develop and optimise TSQL reports using internal tools and Power BI.Collaborate with vendors, technical teams, and stakeholders to resolve high-level issues.Analyse and document business requirements for custom development and integrations.Monitor application performance and ensure vendor SLA compliance.Develop user guides, knowledge base articles, and deliver user training.What you will bring to the roleDegree in Information Systems (or equivalent experience).Five years'' experience supporting enterprise systems such as CRM, D365 FinOps, HRIS or Microsoft platforms.Advanced TSQL skills.Effective communication, problemsolving and stakeholder engagement abilities.Ability to obtain a National Police Check, Blue Card, and LCS screening.Desirable skills and experienceITIL certification.Experience in notforprofit environments.Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., Aged Care, Community Care).Power Platform experience (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).SharePoint experience (preferred but not essential).Churches of ChristChurches of Christ is one of Australia''s largest and most diverse not-for-profit organisations, delivering a range of care and community services across Residential Aged Care, Home Care and Retirement Living, Foster and Kinship Care and Housing Support for over 140 years.Why Join UsTransformative leadership and a high performing team culture.Opportunities for career development, stretch assignments and progression.A growing national not-for-profit organisation with purpose and community impact.5 weeks annual leave & flexible working arrangements.Free on-site parking + on-site caf.Not for profit salary packaging up to $18,549 tax-free.Work in an inclusive, down to earth & welcoming culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
