We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a dedicated team, providing high-quality care and services to our residents at their home.About the RoleAs our Service Manager, you''ll oversee the operational management of quality home care and retirement living facilities. The Service Manager manages the development, human resource, accreditation, financial performance and client outcomes of the services.You''ll play a pivotal role in the local community, building trusted relationships and promoting our service as a place where residents thrive and families feel supported.Key responsibilities include:Leading a dedicated team to deliver compassionate, high-quality careManaging clinical, operational, and financial outcomesEnsuring compliance with Aged Care Quality StandardsBuilding strong community connections to maintain occupancy and engagementFostering a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvementAbout YouOur ideal candidate isEssential:Degree and or qualifications in health management or business managementPossess a current First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) CertificateHas a strong knowledge and commitment to Work Health and SafetyCurrently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police CheckHold a current drivers licenceHold valid Australian Work Rights - Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsorDesirable:Certificate 3 or IV in Individual Support or Home and Community CareUnderstanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and Retirement Living Villages Act, or similar quality systems.Importantly, you will be someone who closely aligns with our organisational values of: Integrity, Compassion, Excellence and CourageWhy Churches of Christ?When you join Churches of Christ, you''re not just taking a job you''re joining a purpose-driven community that genuinely cares.
