Home Care Worker - QualifiedPermanent Part Time OpportunityAt Home Care Bribie Island & Caboolture, we are currently seeking a qualified experienced home care worker. The Home Care Worker is responsible for providing home care clients with assistance, support and encouragement of independence to reside in their chosen community. Areas that you will be covering, depending on your base location, could include Beachmere to Bongaree, Caboolture to Elimbah, and Morayfield to Godwin Beach.Provide general domestic assistance; assist in the preparation and cooking of in-home meals; ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standardsAssist clients with medicationProvide social support to clients by providing transport, assisting with social outings, shopping etc.Providing personal care assistance to clients for example showering, dressing and toiletingWhat we''re looking forThis role is perfect for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and eager to make a difference - Providing personalised assistance to clients, helping them maintain their independence and enhancing their quality of life within their chosen community.
