Service ManagerLocation: Bundaberg | Permanent Full-TimeGracehaven Aged Care are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our 110 bed residential aged care service in Bundaberg, driving clinical excellence, strong financial performance and a positive, values-led culture.This is a senior leadership role with real impact shaping the experience of residents, families, staff and the wider community.About the RoleAs the Service Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the performance of the service, including workforce leadership, financial outcomes, accreditation and continuous improvement.Working within our Positive Well-being Model of Care, you will ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care while fostering a culture of safety, accountability and compassion.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure contemporary clinical and care practices are implemented and embeddedDrive compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and maintain accreditationMonitor, review and improve clinical indicators and business performance targetsManage operational and financial performance, ensuring budgets and targets are achievedProvide strong leadership across workforce management, performance, culture and capability developmentBuild and maintain relationships with residents, families, community stakeholders and referral partnersActively promote occupancy and strengthen the service''s reputation within the local communityAbout YouYou are a confident, values-driven leader with a strong background in aged care or health service management. You bring sound clinical or operational knowledge, commercial acumen and the ability to lead teams through change while maintaining a resident-first focus.
