As we grow, we continue to invest in our people, processes, and culture to ensure we deliver the best care possible.About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist or Allied Health Administrator who is ready to step into a Team Lead role or someone who already has experience leading reception teams in a healthcare setting. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, based at our clinic in Osborne Park.You will be the first point of contact for clients, families and clinicians, and will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with our clinical leadership team, and be supported by our broader Clear Health network.DutiesGreeting patients with warmth and professionalismManaging clinician schedules and appointment bookingsProcessing Medicare and private payments, managing EFTPOS and invoicingProviding high-level administrative support to clinicians and managementManage referral pathway for all incoming patientsLeading and supporting reception staff, including training and performance feedbackTroubleshooting client enquiries and supporting complex client needsCoordinating with internal departments to support clinical operationsEnsuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality policiesAbout YouWe''re looking for someone with strong initiative, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to lead with both empathy and efficiency.You will ideally have:2+ years experience in medical or allied health reception (mental health experience highly regarded)Confidence with Medicare billing and practice management software (Coreplus)Exceptional communication and problem-solving skillsExperience supervising or mentoring admin teamsA passion for mental health and providing high-quality client careAbility to stay calm and supportive in high-pressure situationsStrong attention to detail and a proactive mindsetA strong commitment to client confidentiality and professional integrityWhy Join Us?Work alongside some of WA''s most respected mental health cliniciansSupportive and collaborative team environmentBeautiful practice in Osborne Park with access to local amenitiesOpportunity to grow your leadership skillsMake a meaningful difference in people''s livesReady to Apply?We''d love to hear from you.
