OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator to support our growing business with day-to-day accounting and financial functions. Australian work rights are required for this position. This is a hands-on position suited to a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment. This position focuses on transactional bookkeeping, while supporting multiple clinicians and site administration.Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing accounts payable and accounts receivableVerifying EAP and insurance service agreements, session approvals, and billing eligibilityManaging debtor follow-ups and debt collectionDaily receipting of banking across multiple sitesPreparing, reviewing and uploading ABA filesCreditor, Debtor and Cash Banking reconciliationsAssisting with month-end bookkeeping tasks, eg. journals, P&L analysisContributing to process improvements and supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks as requiredAbout YouCompetent and accurate data entry for daily financial transactionsConfident with numbers and highly detaildrivenSound understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principlesProficient with Microsoft Office and Excel (essential)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA positive can-do attitude with a willingness to take on varied tasksAbility to work efficiently in a busy, deadline-driven environmentMust have Australian work rightsHow to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief cover letter via SEEK outlining your relevant experience and availability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
