This is a senior leadership role where you''ll play a critical part in ensuring our drilling operations run safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the highest industry standards.Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work closely with Operations Coordinators, site teams, and support functions to deliver operational excellence while fostering a strong safety-first culture.This position can be based in either Perth or Brisbane.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strong leadership to drive high performance and accountabilityPlan, prioritise, and manage day-to-day operational and contractual requirementsEnsure assets are efficiently utilised and mobilised to the right projectsManage logistics and transportation of equipment nationwideSupport the setup of new drill rigs and specialised drilling projectsInvestigate and introduce new equipment and improved drilling techniquesMaintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationshipsMaintain strong client relationships and respond promptly to queriesEncourage and act on client feedback to enhance service deliveryAlways ensure professional and ethical representation of DDH1To be successful in this role8-10 years'' experience in the drilling industryProven senior management and leadership experienceStrong technical knowledge of drilling operations and equipmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong planning, coordination, and organisational capabilitiesA proactive, safety-focused mindsetKey Competencies and SkillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSound knowledge of the Mines Safety Act and Regulations & WHS ActAbility to work under pressureWe are offering the followingAttractive salaryAttractive bonus schemeDiscount health providerMember benefits programIf you meet the above criteria and aspire to work with a leading drilling organisation, apply now.DDH1 is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from people of all genders and cultural backgrounds.DDH1 Drilling Pty Ltd #J-18808-Ljbffr
