The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a highly engaging variety of art therapy sessions to residents of different cognitive and physical abilities.The successful candidate will be required to work 3 hours per week across the Home''s diverse resident base, including the Memory Support Neighbourhood. Time spent at the Home will include session set up and documentation on Bolton Clarke''s Resident Management System.About YouWe''re seeking someone with the following:Previous experience in and able to provide art therapy practice with a wide range of individuals and groups (including people living with dementia and other cognitive and physical impairments)Previous experience in providing group sessions for residents using a range of materials and medias meeting resident preferences, needs and abilitiesDemonstrated commitment to teamwork and evidence of initiative, flexibility and reliability in a busy work environmentAbility to work with a range of stakeholders including residents, families, and staffHigh level of oral and written communication skillsProficient at record keeping and computer workProficient at coordinating art showcases to display artworks produced by residentsDesirableMaster of Creative Arts TherapyPlease Note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check and public liability.If this sounds like your next opportunity, please submit your resume by clicking on Apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
