This is a great chance to leverage your trade knowledge and move into a more office-focused position.Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling Assistance: Help with the scheduling of jobs and ensure timely completion.Technical Support: Provide support to plumbers and clients when needed, offering expert advice and solutions.Parts Ordering: Handle parts ordering for preventative maintenance (PM) jobs at the beginning of each month, and for other jobs as required.Parts Receiving: Oversee the receiving and management of parts for jobs.Job Status Updates: Regularly update job statuses and refer them for scheduling.Warehouse Management: Maintain an organised and efficient warehouse, ensuring parts are easily accessible.Job Review: Review job statuses on a weekly basis and take necessary action.Minor Quotes: Complete minor quotes for internal review.Parts Sourcing: Source and price parts as needed for jobs.The ideal candidateA commercial plumbing background and a strong technical background.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Strong communication skills, both with clients and internal teams.Previous experience with parts ordering and job scheduling.An ability to review and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.Computer literacy and proficiency in office-based software.Benefits of the roleSalary Package: $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.A supportive office environment with training.Opportunity to transition from a hands-on plumbing role to an office based management role.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the further growth of a well established growing company!
