OverviewAn enterprise environment with complex supply chain operations is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant to support, stabilise, and continuously improve warehouse operations within an S/4HANA landscape. This role suits a hands-on EWM specialist who enjoys solving real operational problems, working closely with warehouse users, and improving end-to-end logistics outcomes.You will play a key role in L2/L3 SAP EWM support, incident resolution, system monitoring, and enhancement delivery across inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes, while partnering with functional and technical teams across the SAP ecosystem.Key responsibilitiesProvide L2/L3 production support for SAP EWM in an embedded or decentralised environmentAnalyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAsSupport inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and inventory management processesMonitor EWM queues, RF framework, IDocs, background jobs, and system logsPerform root cause analysis and implement long-term preventative solutionsDeliver configuration changes, system enhancements, and minor developmentsCollaborate with MM, SD, PP, TM, BASIS, and ABAP teams for issue resolutionPrepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articlesSupport testing activities including unit, integration, and UATAssist with cutover, go-live, and hypercare support when requiredProvide user support, training, and ongoing process guidance to warehouse teamsSkills and experienceStrong hands-on experience supporting SAP EWM (embedded or decentralised)Solid understanding of warehouse structure and EWM master dataProven experience across inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, replenishment, and inventory processesExposure to RF Framework, Handling Units, Wave Management, and physical inventoryStrong knowledge of EWM integration with S/4HANA modules including MM and SDExperience using EWM monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as /SCWM/MON, SMQ1/SMQ2, and SLG1Ability to work closely with ABAP teams to analyse and resolve technical issuesClear communication skills and strong documentation capabilityDesirableSAP EWM certificationExperience supporting S/4HANA EWM environmentsExposure to warehouse automation or third-party logistics integrationsExperience working in 24x7 or high-availability support environmentsWhy this roleWork in a large-scale, enterprise SAP landscape with real operational complexityLong-term stability with ongoing enhancement and optimisation workHybrid working and a collaborative, delivery-focused team cultureOpportunity to deepen your EWM expertise within modern S/4HANA environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
