Team Leader - MechanicalFull Time OpportunityPermanent Night ShiftPitman Shift Model - 84 hours / 7 x 12 hour nights worked per fortnightAuburn, NSW locationThe Business We are excited to announce we are now partnered with a global leader in automation and robotics employing over 7,500 people worldwide and have an exciting opportunity to join their growing team of technicians and make a difference.Role Purpose The Team Leader role is a hands on maintenance position, also responsible for managing the Resident Maintenance Technicians on site, coordinating work, liaising with the customers to ensure a first-class service delivery with high customer satisfaction.Duties and ResponsibilitiesHands on Industrial Maintenance of on site automated equipment and machinery.Managing all personnel aspects of their team members reporting into their role, including but not limited to managing time sheets, leave requests, training requirements, etc.,Coordinating and overseeing the daily workload of their team members,Monitoring the timely submission of required reports for customers and checking content for accuracy, regular site visits to ensure the delivery of high-quality maintenance service according to the relevant PPM schedule,Ensuring the coordination of accurate site coverage during periods of absences where required,Monitoring and actively contributing to Health & Safety compliance,Ensure relevant licences/inductions trainings for the team are valid and up to date,Continuous improvement activities of processes in collaboration with other teams and departments,Adhere to policies and procedures,Participate in training and development opportunities locally, interstate and overseas,Other tasks and responsibilities as reasonably directed.Skills, Experience, QualificationsMust have experience in leading a team or has supervisory experience for at least 12 monthsAutomation industry background in maintaining site equipment either in manufacturing or engineering or other relevant environment is required.Experience with component removal and refit.Experience with belts, conveyors, motors and gearboxes would be highly beneficialMechanical OR Electrical Trade QualificationHold valid driver''s licenseDesirable: Familiarity with programmable logic controls (PLCs)Pre employment medical, D&A and police check to be completed for employmentWhat''s in it for you?Pitman Shift model - only work 7 x 12 hour nights each fortnight (84 hours worked per fortnight)Permanent night shift - stable rostering allowing you to effectively plan ahead.Competitive Salary: ~$150,000 p/a + SuperTraining and Development provided from Day 1 on company automation equipment.On-site parkingCompany uniform providedTools providedPlease APPLY NOW or, send your Resume through to Jan Bonsucan - [email protected] #J-18808-Ljbffr
