RoleThis hybrid sales role includes both inbound lead engagement (Setter responsibilities) and closing sales. You''ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from qualifying new inbound leads to conducting discovery, delivering powerful consultative calls, and closing deals. Through the steady stream of inbound interest, you''ll help prospects see how our client can support the growth of their career. You''ll work with an established sales team with the support of a high performing Sales Manager.ResponsibilitiesGenerate min monthly revenue of $125,000-$150,000/mo by getting 30+ enrollments. Current show rates are between 50-60% with close rates at 40%Make 90+ outbound calls per day, 5 days per week generating 5-6+ consults per day made through outbound calls or pre-booked callsQualify potential clients via prospecting inbound leads, maximising conversion rates from pre-booked consultations, and skillfully recouping and re-setting opportunities with past prospects.Be available to communicate daily through Google Chat between 9-5.30pm and attend daily huddles via Google Meets 10.30am Mon - Fri and provide end-of-day reports and keep CRM updatedCompensationYou can expect to earn $120k/yr OTE including a $65k/yr base + commission + superannuation.
