Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager, Growth & Innovation is responsible for leading CMY''s fee-for-service portfolio by providing strategic and operational senior leadership across all fee-for-service program areas, including training, consulting, engagement, advisory and capability-building services and products. The Senior Manager will work across the organisation to build a scalable, efficient and commercially-sound operating model and uplift commercial capability and embed processes that support predictable revenue, organisational agility and a strong client experience.The Senior Manager will also lead the management of key government, not-for-profit, corporate, philanthropic and sport and recreation sector relationships, to ensure CMY''s offerings remain competitive and aligned to client needs. The role is responsible for the design and development of innovative evidence-based programs complemented by evaluation frameworks and quality improvement mechanisms.Hours: 38 hours per week (1 FTE), Part Time / Full TimeFixed Term: 2-year contractBase Salary (Individual contract): $130,000 $135,000 per annum plus Super and access to Salary Packaging.
