One thing is certain... you''ll get to work with world class technology, receiving ongoing training and support from your friendly team.Your responsibilities will includeOperate and monitor high speed machinery: Set up, start, operate, and monitor beverage production machinery to ensure efficient and continuous production in accordance with safety and quality standards.Perform routine maintenance: Conduct basic maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on machines to minimise downtime and maintain optimal performance.Quality control checks: Inspect products for consistency, labelling, and packaging accuracy; report or correct any deviations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Record production data: Accurately log production metrics, machine performance, and any incidents or issues during shifts for traceability and process improvement.Follow Safety and Hygiene Protocols: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment.Let''s Talk About YouWe are looking for the following skills, attributes and experience:Safety First Mindset, a disciplined attitude to work safely in your work environmentA proactive mindset that will see you keep on top of the tasks on your shiftComputer literate with good verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learnPrevious manufacturing production experience highly regarded but not requiredAustralian work rights permanent resident or Australian citizenThe Recruitment processOur application process is quick and simple!
