This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working in a dynamic healthcare environment and partnering closely with Directors, GPs, nurses, specialists, and administrative teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.Key responsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations of a busy GP super clinicLead, mentor and manage reception, nursing and administrative teamsManage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, rostering and performance managementOperational oversight including workflow management, reporting coordination and Medicare incentive streamsMaintain compliance with RACGP / AGPAL accreditation standardsDevelop, review and implement practice policies and proceduresLiaise with PHNs, contractors, visiting specialists and external stakeholdersSupport service expansion, workflow optimisation and strategic planningChampion excellent patient experience and a positive workplace cultureAbout youDemonstrated experience as a Practice Manager or senior healthcare managerStrong understanding of general practice operations and compliance requirementsConfident people leader with clear communication and decision-making skillsHighly organised, adaptable and solutions-focusedComfortable working across multiple service streams and clinical teamsExperience with practice management software and reporting systemsWhat we offerSenior leadership role in a well-established, respected GP super clinicSupportive Directors and collaborative multidisciplinary teamOpportunity to shape systems, services and future growthCompetitive remuneration based on experienceModern facilities and a coastal lifestyle in beautiful Coffs HarbourHow to applyPlease submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the role to [email protected].
