This individual acts as the primary expert responsible for the end-to-end stability and functional evolution of the system across the ANZ, LATAM, and EMEA regions. The successful candidate will own the relationship between global business stakeholders and the technical delivery team, specializing in converting complex operational challenges into streamlined, automated SCM solutions. Beyond day-to-day support, the candidate is expected to drive strategic initiatives that reduce "Time-to-Deliver" and optimize the global supply chain footprint. A mandatory MB-330 certification is required to ensure the highest standard of architectural and functional integrity.Position Summary:Client Handling & Requirement EngineeringOperational Issue Resolution & ExcellenceDelivery Optimization & StrategyMandatory Skills:Certification: Maintain an active MB-330: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant certification.Regional Compliance: Ensure all configurations meet the specific fiscal and trade requirements of the ANZ territories & Global configurationDuties and Responsibilities:1. Client Handling & Requirement EngineeringStakeholder Partnership: Serve as the primary functional point of contact for regional business leads, translating complex supply chain needs into scalable D365 solutions.Global Template Governance: Lead requirement-gathering workshops and perform fit-gap analyses to ensure regional requirements (localizations) align with the global core template.Design Leadership: Author and review comprehensive Functional Design Documents (FDD) for SCM enhancements, ensuring high quality and minimal technical debt.2. Operational Issue Resolution & ExcellenceLevel 3 Support: Spearhead the resolution of high-priority, cross-functional SCM incidents that impact global operations.Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct deep-dive investigations into recurring system failures to implement permanent structural fixes and reduce ticket volume.Stability Management: Ensure 24/7 system reliability across disparate time zones by managing the hand-off between regional support tiers.3.
