Together, let''s build a brighter, healthier future for all.This role is responsible for leveraging consumer research, shopper insights and retail scan data to create powerful category visions and compelling customer narratives for activation across all Retail Environments. With a strong understanding of the macro environment, consumer trends, and internal KPIs, you will identify new pathways to drive category growth and company performance. You will be responsible for steering this strategy by developing the 7P Guidelines by Retail Environment for the nonpricing Ps (i.e. People Journey, Product, Placement, POP, Persuasion) and leading specific initiatives that stimulate joint growth for both our retail partners and the company.Main ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Category Strategy & Vision:Develop, manage, and externally articulate the longterm Category Vision.Lead the identification and execution of "big bets", key category events, and key growth projects and initiatives.Create robust category narratives based on "pockets of growth" analysis (by subcategory, customer, RE, etc.).Own and execute the nonpricing ''Ps'' (Product, Place, Promotion) of the 7P strategy across all retail environments.Manage the total business portfolio, including leading product simplification and discontinuation projects ("Project Sunset").Strategic Partnership & Execution Support:Partner with Marketing, eComm and Insights teams to translate consumer data and brand plans into effective commercial and customer strategies.Provide categoryspecific expertise for ''Tier 2'' customers, including category review support (as required) and ''store of the future'' projects.Develop a centralised category review presentation for adaptation by all CDTs.Project Management and Commercial Actions:Maintain a list of category projects-in-play and work with internal partners and stakeholders to prioritise and track progress vs. agreed timelines based on size of prize/strategic significance analysis.Lead or support special projects and team initiatives as needed to align with evolving goals and drive organisational success.Operational Excellence & Performance Management:Report back on comprehensive category performance broken down by subcategory, Retail Environment (RE), online vs offline and customer, as part of the monthly discipline process.Drive performance transparency via scorecard for timely and accurate reporting.Required QualificationsUniversity degree mandatory, Marketing/Commerce preferredRelevant experience in Marketing, Sales or other Business functionsFMCG experience or minimum 5 years in a commercial role preferred (supplier or retailer)Preferred QualificationsExperience in commercial roles - Customer Development or MarketingExperience working in consumer product goods preferredGoogle Suite proficiency (i.e., Sheets, Slides, Docs) preferredStrong communication skillsStrong collaboratorOur Commitment to InclusionOur journey begins with our peopledeveloping strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
