Our broad client base offers exposure to a wide range of industries, complex transactions, and varied financial structures, making this an excellent environment to learn and grow.Following recent internal promotions, we now have two exciting opportunities to join us as Credit Analysts in our stunning Queensland HQ on Ann Street.In this role, you''ll work closely with Bankers, senior leaders, and clients, playing a central part in relationship management and providing valuable insights that shape financial outcomes.In This Role, You WillAssess creditworthiness, prepare and review applications, complete due diligence, and model financial risk.Drive highquality credit management, portfolio monitoring, revenue growth, and loss minimisation.Partner with Business Bankers to align solutions to client needs, enhancing service quality and strategic product delivery.Maintain data accuracy, uphold compliance requirements, and analyse detailed client financials.Research new prospects, manage credit submissions, and complete annual reviews on time.What We''re Looking ForAbility to quickly understand complex transactions, with strong communication, relationshipbuilding, and organisational skills.Strong stakeholder management capability, with the ability to work at pace and manage competing priorities.High attention to detail and confidence interpreting financial statements and balance sheets.Industry exposure in construction, professional services, wholesale trade, or multicultural business is highly regarded. Management Letting Rights (MLR) experience is particularly desirable.Ideally, a Business/Commerce degree; financial accounting or insolvency experience is an advantage.We live our People Value Proposition: Grow.
