Business Lending (BL) is a product and specialised sales function providing working capital, business loans, asset finance, corporate finance, and property finance solutions, while also managing Line 1 risk and controls for these products.We''re hiring for several roles across the Business Lending Domain, including Business Lending Modernisation, Asset Finance, and Centres of Excellence (all permanent based in Sydney). These teams work collaboratively to improve experiences for both customers and bankers through modernised processes, automation, and continuous learning.Your ImpactAs a Control Performer, you''ll play an important role in shaping the future of control governance within a dynamic and evolving environment. Beyond operating existing controls, you''ll contribute to designing, executing, and refining control activities across innovative lending products.Your work will sit at the centre of our evolving control framework.
