We''re looking for a friendly and reliable Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager and team with a mix of office and on-the-road tasks. You''ll help deliver and collect vehicles, prepare them for customers, assist with day-to-day branch duties, and make sure every customer has a smooth, positive experience.What You''ll Be DoingEnsure the smooth delivery and retrieval of vehicles for customers, aligning with both the Company''s and customers'' expectations.Providing support to the Branch Manager in team management issues.Be the escalation point for any day-to-day issues that need addressing urgently in the absence of a manager.What You''ll BringPreferred experience in a similar role or within the automotive industry.A full and clean driver''s license, a motorbike license is an advantage but not a necessity.Physically able to wash and prepare vehicles for delivery.Exceptional customer service skills with at least one year of experience in a customer service role.Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.Able to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.Strong organisational and time management skills.Why Join CompassWorking at Compass means being part of a supportive team where your contribution is valued, and your development is supported.
