We''re seeking a Cleaning & Accommodation Manager to oversee and enhance our accommodation and cleaning services on site.About the RoleAs the Cleaning & Accommodation Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of cleaning and accommodation operations, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and compliance. You''ll lead a diverse team, manage budgets and supplies, and drive continuous improvement across all functions.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee accommodation and cleaning services to ensure consistent operational excellenceEstablish and manage stock control systems, orders, and supply processesDevelop and maintain staff rosters to meet operational requirementsRespond to member enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyManage budgets, ensuring operational efficiency and cost controlEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standardsPrepare regular performance and operational reportsAbout YouMinimum 3 years'' experience in a managerial role within cleaning, accommodation, or facilities servicesDiploma or degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or similar (advantageous)Certification in cleaning management or a related discipline (advantageous)Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning and accommodationProven leadership skills with a focus on accountability, safety, and continuous improvementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive and solutions-focused with a passion for delivering quality serviceMust be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (includes satisfactory Australian Federal Police check)Why Compass?Join a global industry leader offering career stability and progressionAccess to extensive training, development and leadership programsSupportive, inclusive and professional work cultureCompetitive salary and great company benefitsWe are committed to providing a recruitment process that is fair, equitable and accessible for all.
