We are part of a growing multi-state network of allied health centres that incorporate Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, Podiatry and Massage Therapy services within a friendly and collaborative environment. We currently provide Psychology services at 12 locations in Sydney.Role PurposeIn response to continued and unprecedented growth, we are strengthening our leadership capability and seeking a Lead Psychologist to play a key role in driving our expansion and service excellence into 2026.The Lead Psychologist provides high-quality psychological services while leading, supervising, and supporting the Psychology team to ensure clinical excellence, strong performance, and alignment with organisational values, systems, and objectives.We are seeking full-time Lead Psychologists for our Wetherill Park, Canley Heights, Ingleburn, and Campbelltown locations.Key Responsibilities Include:Deliver evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment across motor vehicle accident, Medicare, NDIS, Support at Home, and private clients.Develop and implement individualised treatment plans and ensure timely communication with patients, referrers, service providers, and internal stakeholders.Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical notes and provide prompt reports and treatment updates.Provide clinical coverage across sites when required, including during staff leave or service expansion.Provide leadership and supervision through regular audits, structured reviews with Psychologists.Lead induction, training, supervision, and performance oversight of Psychologists, including assistance with rostering, recruitment screening, probation, and performance reviews.Promote high standards of professionalism, conduct, and performance in line with the Mission Statement, Core Values, and Standard Operating Procedures.Monitor referral patterns, contribute to system and workflow improvements, and support achievement of group performance.Liaise with key referrers and assist in developing new referral pathways.Contribute to the development of clinical resources, manuals, and approved marketing content.What We Offer:Full-time permanent positions offering stability and work-life balanceAttractive top-tier remuneration package with performance incentives$15,000 sign-on incentive (conditions apply)Career progression and opportunities to be part of the Management teamSupportive, fun and collaborative environmentIncome protection insuranceComplimentary gym accessCompany vehicle accessSalary sacrifice for motor vehiclesGraduate ProgramProfessional Development fundingEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) for confidential wellbeing supportRegular educational, social, organisation and charity eventsOpportunities to meet referrers and collaboratorsMentoring personal development, leadership, management, business operationsAbout You:Minimum 3-5 years post-registration clinical experience.Organised leader who is willing to adapt, learn and improve.Demonstrated experience managing complex presentations.Proven experience in clinical supervision, mentoring, or team leadership.Ability to provide peer review, case consultation, and support junior clinicians.Demonstrated capability to lead by example in clinical governance and standards.Strong ability to maintain strong working relationships with patients and referrers.Excellent interpersonal, communication and report writing skills (documentation, correspondences, reports).Full AHPRA accreditation.Eligibility for registration with Medicare and SIRA approval number.Professional indemnity insurance, valid police check and working with children check.Cultural awareness and foreign language capabilities an advantage.How to Apply:If you are passionate about making a significant impact in a collaborative and progressive environment with extensive career and personal growth opportunities, please email your application to us.
