Job Title

You will lead the overall performance of a gold mining operation in North Queensland, taking full accountability for safety, production, cost control and people leadership. Working closely with corporate stakeholders, you will ensure the site delivers on operational, financial and strategic objectives. In this role, you will oversee mining, processing, maintenance and support functions, embed a strong safety culture while drive continuous improvement across the operation. You will balance short-term production targets with long-term sustainability and asset value.
