We are exclusively partnering with Turner & Townsend to appoint an experienced Director in Sydney to lead and scale a Clean Energy & Transmission consulting business across NSW.The role carries responsibility for business growth, senior client relationships and overall leadership of an established consulting capability.This position is focused on building and running a consulting business, combining commercial leadership, work winning, bid leadership and people management rather than hands-on project delivery.ResponsibilitiesLead and grow the Clean Energy & Transmission consulting business in NSW with accountability for revenue, growth and overall commercial performanceDevelop and expand senior client relationships across transmission, distribution, clean energy developers and related infrastructureOriginate new work and expand existing accounts, identifying opportunities for long-term, repeat engagementsLead major bids, RFPs, panel submissions and call-offs, taking ownership of bid strategy, positioning and resourcingProvide senior leadership to an established consulting team, including capability development, resourcing and succession planningBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of talent to support current and future client demandOversee service delivery quality and governance across the region, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes for clientsCollaborate closely with adjacent infrastructure consulting teams to deliver a joined-up, one-business approachRepresent the business externally with senior clients, partners and industry stakeholders across the energy and infrastructure ecosystemRequired ExperienceSenior consulting leadership experience within professional services, advisory or project management consultingProven track record in work winning, bid leadership and senior client engagementExperience leading teams or business lines with commercial accountabilityExposure to clean energy, transmission, distribution or broader energy infrastructure marketsQualificationsDegree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance or a related disciplinePostgraduate qualifications advantageous but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
