OverviewOverall purpose of the position is to effectively support the Customer base of a large manufacturing business by meeting the agreed service levels. You will be required to professionally process inbound customer service calls, ensure delivery of a consistent and high-quality customer experience and be proactive in identifying business improvement opportunities.
