OverviewJob Title: Project Manager | Wet & Dry FireSalary: $130-$150k + packageLocation: Brisbane, Gold Coast & Northern NSWCompany details: This contractor is an Australian-owned specialist fire protection company that delivers comprehensive fire safety solutions on a national scale. Operating throughout QLD, NSW and VIC. As a company they provide end-to-end services including design, installation, inspection, testing, servicing, and facility management. Across both wet fire and dry fire systems, along with passive fire protection and fire system design.Sectors Commercial, Industrial and Mixed-use developments across Australia.The Role You will be responsible for the delivery of multiple wet and dry fire projects from design through to commissioning and handover. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness.Key ResponsibilitiesManage wet and dry fire projects end-to-endCoordinate design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handoverManage project programs, budgets, claims, and variationsLiaise with builders, consultants, clients, certifiers, and authoritiesEnsure compliance with NCC, QFES, and relevant Australian StandardsConduct site inspections and attend project meetingsOversee QA documentation and final certificationSkills & ExperienceProven experience managing both wet and dry fire projectsStrong knowledge of Australian StandardsExperience working on commercial construction projects in QLDAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication, organisation, and leadership skillsQualificationsTrade background or tertiary qualification in fire protection, engineering, or constructionCurrent QLD Driver''s LicenceWhite CardApply NowIf you''re an experienced Wet & Dry Fire Project Manager looking for a long-term opportunity around Brisbane or open to a confidential conversation in more depth, please apply now or reach out to [email protected] #J-18808-Ljbffr
