With significant underground works underway and workforce numbers continuing to grow, they are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead safety performance on site. This is a rare opportunity to join a nationally significant project that will play a key role in Australia''s energy future.About the RoleReporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of day-to-day WHSE operations across a large, high-risk construction environment involving underground works, heavy mechanical and electrical installations, and multiple subcontractors. This is a handson, visible role suited to a practical safety leader who enjoys being embedded with crews and driving real behavioural change on site. Roster is 2:1 FIFO. Travel, accommodation and meals are organised and paid for by the company. 12hour days (including camptosite travel).
