We are seeking an energetic individual with a mature disposition for the role of Village Manager / Administrator 0.6 FTE across two locations.Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for overseeing and administering site operations. Duties will be varied; including attending to resident maintenance requests, arranging onsite contractors, liaising with residents on issues affecting them and keeping them informed on village matters, preparing documents and correspondence, ordering supplies, maintaining files, answering telephone calls, client liaison, sales support and adhoc tasks and projects as requested by management. Every day is different, and you will be stimulated, challenged and developed at every turn!The successful candidate will ideally possess a strong background in hospitality, facility management and/or customer service. Your personal attributes of high enthusiasm; a desire to learn / succeed, ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, will see you secure a rewarding role in this fast-growing industry. Previous skills working in retirement living sector will be viewed favourably.You must be able to demonstrate proficient levels of initiative, communication skills and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills. You will also have a genuine desire and interest to work with people in a seniors focused environment, with the ability to problem solve, work in an organised and flexible manner and deliver excellent service to village residents and the greater community.Applicants that fail to comply with the above requested information will not be considered.
