We are an innovation company based on family values, passionate about our people and improving the everyday lives of our customers.Delivery Specialist to join our growing team at our Beverley site.The Delivery Specialist''s primary objective is to deliver and pick up living aid equipment with a customer centred approach. You will correctly set up and demonstrate products to individual clients and healthcare providers including hospitals and aged care homes and assist in the warehouse as required.This position requires a current unrestricted Drivers Licence, National Police Check, NDIS Workers Check and evidence of COVID-19 and current Flu vaccination.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver excellence in customer service to clients and healthcare facilities using a customer centred approachUndertake specialised deliveries and pickups of living aids to private homes, aged care facilities and hospitalsCorrect assembly of equipment, product demonstration, adjustment, and installation in line with manufacturing requirementsSet up trial equipmentUndertake efficient scheduling, time management, and administrative dutiesClient liaison to co-ordinate and organise delivery and pick up times as requiredUndertake stock management duties as requiredUnpacking and assembly of products in warehouseBasic repair and service of healthcare equipment as requiredQualificationsPrevious experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales and customer serviceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to perform manual handlingKnowledge of the healthcare industry and related products is desirableValid driver''s license and ability to travel within the region, with occasional overnight staysNational Police Check & NDIS Screening CheckFully vaccinated against Covid & current Flu.Join a supportive team with long term career potential.
