VCAT is committed to delivering an accessible service for all Victorians and is transforming our digital products and services to make it faster, easier, and more convenient for people to come to the tribunal.About The RoleThis role is a multi-functional role, responsible for delivering front line services to VCAT users, parties in cases and external service providers, providing high quality administrative support through end-to-end processing of applications. You will at times work independently or as part of a small, dedicated team, providing customer service to VCAT Members in preparation for and during hearings. The role will primarily be onsite at the VCAT Bundoor Community Based Venue, however travel to any VCAT location, including regional venues and/or CBD locations may be required.You Will Be Responsible Forassisting Tribunal users with counter service enquiries, making referrals, recording file notes in case management systems and updating service data statistic documentsfacilitating dispute resolution between parties in line with early resolution operating modelmanaging hearings; whether in person, virtual or hybrid, including directing parties, opening hearings, supporting Members, recording sessions, monitoring the inbox and coordinating interpreter or security supportmaintaining stakeholder relationshipsexercise delegated fuctions subject to the direction of the Principal RegistrarThis is a full-time, onsite based role primarily located at the VCAT Frankston Community Based Venue, however you may be required to work from any VCAT location, as needed.About YouThe ideal candidate will need to be a highly flexible and organised team player. You will have well-developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also be passionate about customer service and have a desire to contribute, through your broad experience to help VCAT identify improvements to our processes and procedures and to help shape the future of our Community Based Venues.
