Our clients are diverse and range from local government, peak bodies and universities to community organisations such as grassroots sporting clubs.What does this role involve?The Customer Success Assistant will play a key role in the activities that make the company run smoothly and effectively. This role will work within the Customer Success Team on a wide range of tasks including:Inquiry Triage: Monitor the phone and general email inbox to log, qualify, and assign inquiries to the relevant consultant in a timely mannerCRM Data Integrity: Perform data entry in CRM with critical accuracy to ensure all new contacts, organisations, and project deals are up to date and followed upProject Initiation & Onboarding: Support the start of the customer journey by sending project proposals, project commencement emails, and initial project setupStatutory Compliance: Manage the end-to-end process for lodging statutory forms and amended customer constitutions with the relevant authority (e.g. Office of Fair Trading in Queensland) and following up on approvalsEvent Coordination: Assist with consultant event coordination, including event logistics, diary management and customer communicationTravel: Assist external travel providers with travel requirements including flights, accommodation, and vehicle hireFinancial Admin Support: Assist with management of accounts receivableClubs Team Support: Provide administrative assistance for specific consulting projects, including constitution reviews, strategic plans, business optimisation strategies, training and mentoringOffice Maintenance: Ensure office and kitchen cleanliness, conduct daily tidy checks, and maintain stocks of office supplies and workshop kitsDocument Management: Handle printing, scanning, filing, and shredding, as well as the packaging of project proposals and other project documentationWhat skills are required?Accuracy and attention to detailExceptional written and verbal communication skillsA high level of computer skills, including use of AI toolsAbility to work as part of a team, as well as without supervisionStrong personal presentation skillsValid Australian work rights are required for this positionIt would be beneficial if the successful candidate has:Proficiency with Mac operating system and cloud-based software systems (e.g. Google Workspace)A degree/certification in Business/Sports Administration or similar (completed or in-progress)Driver''s licence/own vehicleThe Office Assistant position is full-time based out of our head office in Maroochydore. Office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.School leavers, university graduates and mature candidates are welcome to apply.
