With head office located in Sydney CBD, NSW, this is an amazing opportunity to be part of a great dynamic team responsible for collecting on credit accounts for our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated Skip Tracing Investigator to join our team. As a Skip Tracing Investigator, you will proactively locate and engage customers with overdue accounts by utilising advanced skip tracing techniques, investigative tools, and data sources. Your role aims to support the collections team in maximising recovery rates by identifying accurate contact information, assessing customer circumstances, and facilitating effective communication strategies.
