Ideal candidates will have:A degree from a Top 30 U.S. university (strongly preferred) in STEMApplicants from AUSNZ or LATAM regions: U.S. educational background not required, but project management experience is essentialStrong backgrounds in STEM, Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning or related fields are especially valuedPassion for mentorship, leadership development, and education innovationThe Role: Capstone MentorAs a Capstone Mentor, you''ll guide students through their personalized leadership project journey, helping them develop ideas, execute strategic plans, and reach tier-specific outcomes. These projects are central to students'' college applications and personal development.Core ResponsibilitiesMentor students through regular meetings and structured checkpointsSupport proposal development, tier milestone tracking, and final submissionAssist students in managing expert consultations and building impactful community-focused projectsMonitor and manage project timelines, ensuring students stay on trackCollaborate with internal teams (Strategists & Admins) to ensure a seamless mentorship experienceTime Commitment & FlexibilityAround 5 hours per week (or more)Flexible scheduling you choose which students to work withMentors must commit to supporting students through project completionCompensationCompensation is based on your professional background, expertise, and educational experience.
