These projects are central to students'' college applications and personal development.Core ResponsibilitiesMentor students through regular meetings and structured checkpointsSupport proposal development, tier milestone tracking, and final submissionAssist students in managing expert consultations and building impactful community-focused projectsMonitor and manage project timelines, ensuring students stay on trackCollaborate with internal teams (Strategists & Admins) to ensure a seamless mentorship experienceTime Commitment & FlexibilityAround 5 hours per week (or more)Flexible scheduling you choose which students to work withMentors must commit to supporting students through project completionCompensationCompensation is based on your professional background, expertise, and educational experience.
