Reporting to Operations Manager you will manage all aspects of engineering, maintenance, continuous improvement, and capital projects for Interior Systems on our two sites.In This Role You WillChampion a safetyfirst culture within the factory in pursuit of a zeroharm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.Lead the Engineering and Maintenance team of Fitters, Electricians and Engineers (Project and Reliability Engineers).Develop the capital plan and construction for improvements for longterm projects.Lead the Maintenance team to ensure the effective operation of the site, maximizing efficiency while maintaining a healthy worklife balance.Provide leadership in both daily and longterm operation of the business, driving improvement initiatives, training programmes, quantifying benefits and tracking performance.Provide technical leadership that guides the plant towards achieving strategic objectives.Utilize Lean Manufacturing Principles to enhance plant reliability, product quality, and streamline processes.QualificationsIdeally, you will have a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background with experience in a manufacturing site.
