As an SDR, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential clients, generating leads, and helping expand our customer base. If you are passionate about technology, cybersecurity, and sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in an exciting and fast-paced industry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients within target industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing and technology) who could benefit from our cybersecurity solutions.Lead Engagement: Use mainly calls and other methods, including emails, social media outreach, and networking, to engage potential leads.Inbound Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and assess their needs, ensuring they meet the criteria for a sales opportunity.Outreach Strategy: Develop and execute effective outreach strategies to engage decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organisations.Value Communication: Effectively communicate the value of our cybersecurity consulting services, setting up meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.CRM Management: Manage and track all interactions with prospects in CRM, ensuring the pipeline is up-to-date and leads are properly nurtured.Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Executives and Sales Managers to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and opportunities.Feedback & Market Trends: Provide feedback to the sales team on prospect reactions, objections, and market trends to refine sales strategies.Targets: Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets.Activity Tracking: Track all activities, including calls, emails, and meetings, in the CRM to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.Performance Analysis: Analyse lead generation performance to understand trends and areas for improvement.Product & Industry Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of the company''s cybersecurity offerings and stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to create long-term business opportunities. Engage in follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel.Qualifications3+ years of experience in a B2B sales development or lead generation role, preferably in IT, cybersecurity, or technology consulting.Strong understanding of the sales cycle and the ability to engage with clients from various industries.Proven track record of achieving sales targets or quotas.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with senior decision-makers.Experience using CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot) to track leads and sales activities.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.A passion for technology and an understanding of cybersecurity trends and challenges is a plus.Preferred QualificationsExperience selling cybersecurity solutions or technology services.Familiarity with outbound sales techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.A flexible contract role, work-from-home position, giving you the convenience of working from your own space.Flexible hours: Work 6 to 8 hours per day (up to 40 hours per week) at your own pace, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.Comprehensive training to ensure you''re confident in your role and equipped to succeed.Dynamic, supportive, and growth-oriented team culture.Additional InformationIf you are driven, passionate about cybersecurity, and excited by the opportunity to help businesses improve their security posture, we encourage you to apply.
