Based at Toowoomba Hospital, you''ll work within a supportive multidisciplinary team to provide timely assessment, intervention and care across both the Emergency Department and the community. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day, contribute to service improvement, and help shape the future of mental health care in the regionall while living and working in the vibrant Toowoomba community.What Your Day Will Look LikeIn this Toowoomba-based role, you''ll be a vital and trusted presence for adults navigating crisis, providing skilled triage, assessment and evidence-based interventions wherever you''re neededwhether it''s the hospital emergency department or the community. You''ll collaborate closely with nurses, psychiatrists, doctors, allied health colleagues, consumers and their families to create clear pathways of care and ensure every person is supported with dignity and respect. Alongside your clinical responsibilities, you''ll mentor emerging practitioners, contribute to service development and quality improvement, and act as a knowledgeable resource on mental health and the Mental Health Act 2016.
