Working for a successful ASX200 technology company, this is a diverse, fast paced role, where you will maintain the accurate and timely processing of payments supporting excellent relationships with our vendors.ResponsibilitiesProcess supplier invoices, with the assistance of OCR, accurately and in line with company policies.Manage weekly, monthly & ad hoc payments to vendors accurately and ensuring payment is made on time.Manage employee and corporate expenses in Concur, including maintaining employee records.Identify and implement improvements to AP processes, systems, and automation.Resolve stakeholder queries promptly with excellent customer service.Complete monthend reporting, including vendor reconciliations, accruals, and close of month activities.Maintain auditready records and support halfyear and yearend audit requirements, as required.About YouYou will be a highly motivated & experienced Accounts Payable or Operations professional who works well in strong team environmentsHave experience with high transaction volume within enterprise systems Dynamics 365 or similar ERPs highly regardedExperience in automation & process improvementExperience in data entry, reconciliation of creditor ledgers and relevant general ledger accountsIntermediate Microsoft Office Word and Excel skillsDemonstrated skills in developing effective working relationships with suppliers and teamsBenefitsIncome ProtectionCommunity Service LeaveEmployee Purchase ProgramNovated LeasingFlexible WorkingAbout Data#3Listed in 1997, Data#3 is now an ASX200 listed company reporting gross sales of $3 billion in the 2025 financial year.
