Based at our Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus hybrid work arrangements. Fulltime fixedterm until February 2027. Salary: $105,933 $116,643 (HEW 7) with 17% superannuation.About the team and roleCampus Experience is responsible for events at Deakin and the Deakin Corporate Centres including Waurn Ponds Estate. It quietly powers everything that makes a university memorable outside the classroom including property services managing transport fleet parking keys signage and furniture relocations. Additionally Campus Experience coordinates campusbased logistics services including mail, printing, moving items, event setup and marketing materials.The Coordinator Property Services is responsible for managing and overseeing various property services functions including furniture and staff relocations, contractor keys, signage and Deakin Card administration. This role ensures the effective and efficient delivery of these services to support the operational needs of the organisation. The Coordinator Property Services will work closely with various stakeholders to coordinate activities, manage requests and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.As a Coordinator you will:Coordinate and manage staff and furniture relocations across the organisation ensuring minimal disruption to operations and timely completion of relocations.Oversee the administration and access to keys maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with security and OH&S protocols.Coordinate the installation of new and maintenance of existing signage in line with Deakin''s signage standards.Handle Tier 2 escalated inquiries from Deakin HELP providing expert support and resolving issues as needed, recognising when issues require escalation to the Senior Coordinator Property Services.Administer the Deakin Card system including issuing, deactivating and maintaining records of cards for staff and students.To be successful you''ll have:An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.Experience in property management or a related field with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated experience in a variety of software packages with the ability to interpret and apply protocols to ensure compliance with OH&S requirements.An ability to interpret and apply furniture design standards and signage guidelines.How to applyOpen only to casual, fixedterm and continuing staff at Deakin.Please submit your updated resume and a short cover letter outlining your skills and experience by clicking the Apply button.For a confidential discussion regarding this role please contact Erin Hadden (Senior Coordinator Property Services) on ___.Applications for this position close on Wednesday 11 February 2026 at 11:55 pm.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe value diversity and aim to build an inclusive environment that champions embraces and respects differences.
