We are entering a new growth phase with interstate expansion and future franchising.Role SummaryWe are looking for a Finance & Bookkeeping Lead with solid HR / people operations experience to take ownership of day-to-day financial operations while supporting staff management and internal structure. This is a trusted, hands-on role reporting directly to the Directors. You will own finance operations first, with responsibility for payroll, compliance support, and HR administration, working closely with external accountants.Key Responsibilities (Finance & Bookkeeping)Manage accounts payable and supplier paymentsRun payroll, including timesheets, leave, and superannuationPrepare BAS (data preparation and reconciliation) for external accountantsMaintain accurate financial records and controlsLiaise with external accountants and tax advisorsHR & People Operations (Secondary Focus)Manage employee records, contracts, and digital signingSupport onboarding and offboardingTrack attendance, leave, and complianceAct as first point of contact for HR and payroll questionsInternal Operations SupportSupport coordination between sales, warehouse, and admin teamsHelp enforce internal processes and SOPsImprove reporting, structure, and organisationAbout YouYou are detail-oriented, reliable, and confident in bookkeeping and payroll, with enough HR experience to support a growing team.You will likely have:Strong bookkeeping or accounting experience (Xero or similar)Payroll and BAS preparation experience (Australia)HR / people operations experience (contracts, onboarding, compliance)Experience with CRM''sCalm, organised, and structured working styleExperience in e-commerce, retail, warehouse, or trade-based businesses is highly regarded. #J-18808-Ljbffr
