Facilitating a great customer and employee experience within the Care Home, delivering excellence in all aspects of the internal and external customer journey and actively performing the duties across all three core focus areas as outlined below to ensure consistent provision of customer service:Resident Placement: Warmly welcome prospective residents and assist them throughout the admission process.Employee Service: Enhance our team''s experience with precise rostering, recruitment, and onboarding tasks.Concierge: Provide impeccable service, be it at the reception or through any form of communication.Skills and ExperienceDesirable: Certificate IV in Business AdministrationExperience in rostering and familiarity with Kronos or payroll systems.Proficient administrative abilities.Effective communication skills both verbal & written.Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for customer service.Solid computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word & Excel.Ready to Join?Click *Apply* for our online application.Just so you know, everyone will be required to complete pre-employment checks as part of the application process.Note: Bupa Villages and Aged Care is an NDIS approved provider.
